Since 2013, I had been using a workhorse HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401dn printer. Recently it had developed severe paper feed problems and finally refused to duplex without jamming, so I figured it was time for a replacement. It turns out that HP doesn't make a printer that compares to this model, so I found a refurbished one at Amazon and ordered it. It's a little scuffed, and it squeals just as badly as the old one (another problem I was hoping to avoid), but at least does duplex without issue, prints envelopes, etc. Since it was the exact same model, I had hoped that I could unplug one printer,
