How do i activate the Dolby Access subscription that came with my RIG-800pro HD headset?

Dolby Access only offered me a trial instead of "detecting" my headset. I paid for the software as well as the headset as part of my purchase. My trial has run out and it still won't activate by following the instructions of "connecting" my headset.
