In my sign-in options (microsoft account) windows Hello PIN option is not visible. How can i get this option?

HIi Team,Im my microsoft account i cant able to see Windows Hello PIN option is not visible, however when i login with Local Administrative account, i can able to view Windows Hello PIN Option. So could you please help me to get this feature enable.My windows is Updated & current version details are Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.2251)I have tride belo options1.Deleting Ngc folder in C:\WINDOWS\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft Location & restarted2. Updated windows3 Run the sfc /scannow command & restrtedAll above steps tried, but no result, request you to kindly
