Computer goes to "Install Windows" screen after idle for an hour or so

Over the last week or two, on many occasions I have left my computer unattended for an hour or so and when I've come back I am greeted with a screen prompting me with options to install windows (asking preferred language pack, keyboard layout etc). If I press escape on this screen, and 'ok' the 'are you sure?' confirmation, I then get a black screen with a blinking cursor. If I then power off and start again, Windows starts up normally and all my programs, files, etc. are as they were before the install screen came up.System infoDell Optiplex 7010Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40G
