Received my confirmation email for a purchase after I had already refunded it, what should I do with it?

Hi all,So about 2 months ago I had purchased a copy of Windows 10 Home through the Microsoft Store and I never received an email for the purchase after several hours. I contacted support about it and they were able to give me a refund and I then purchased another copy of Windows 10 Home, this time with the email arriving only a few minutes later. However, after everything was done the email for the first purchase I did finally arrived with the code attached to it. I ignored the email up until this point but I wanted to ask a question: What should I do with it? Is the code still even active af
