Windows update downloaded and start installing Windows 11 while there is a Cumalitive update for windows 10 pending restart. Will this cause an issue

"Windows Update currently status is installing windows 11, version 22H2. There is also a 2022-11 Cumulative update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 version 21H2 for x64 (KB5020687) Status: Pending restart"Will this be a problem when Windows 11 finish installing and restarts? What will happen with the Windows 10 cumulative update pending restart?If there is a conflict with both update and upgrade how do I fix it? Right now they are both pending restart. Is there a way to stop or remove the Windows 10 cumulative update so it does nothing after restart?
