SSD with windows install on PC just stopped working in the middle of the night. Help.

PC was fine, left it on but shut the monitor off and went to bed. In the morning, there was a "Reboot and select proper boot device" error. I can access my BIOS, and the SSD where windows (10 home) is installed is apparently not working correctly if at all. In DOS, the drive i default to is now labeled as drive "X" instead of "C". In my BIOS boot settings, the drive does not appear in Boot priority list, or in storage device list even when connected.I tore my chassis apart, checked all the data/power cables for that SSD and everything appears normal and is still properly connected.my only gue
