Windows 10 21H2 build 19044.2251 windows start, cortana, and I only just tried and found the ms-contact webpages will not open or respond. I can't get the windows 11 version because of this and have tried running the command and results were fine. have restarted, created profiles, signed out and everything found in other topics. Can someone please tell me what this is about or why. When trying to get to settings with win + R the codes wont run and I get the profile error message. I tried to just move on and update to windows 11 but once again the system check and download pages wont open be
