Why is my organization still able to manage my computer after I've deleted the account off my device?

After making the mistake of logging into my work email, it forced me to change my password. I'm not okay with that so I deleted it from my Access Work or School. However, a month after deleting, my computer is now forcing me to change my password again because of my "organization". Why is this and how do I stop this from happening?
