Why wont my Windows let me use Adobe pro?

So, I got a new HP Pavilion x360 laptop. I had Adode Pro on my old computer, that was a Lenova Yoga. I uninstalled Adobe and installed it on the new one. It wont log into Pro. It seems like it doesn't want to disconnect from the old one. Even when I REinstalled it one the OLD one it came up with pro just fine! I need suggestions on what to do!!
