My laptop fan or harddrive started running constantly and i suspect i may have a virus/malware....help please!

2 weeks ago, my ACER laptop started being loud and has not stopped since, even when im just browsing the internet.I have Win10 22H2, did the RMT, scannow, malwarebytes, etc.I just have a feeling something is not right with it. I have tons of svchost.exe processes and using process explorer, some path show as access denied. Am i just paranoid? If so, what is leading to the sudden noise?
