Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2. Last failed install attempt on ‎12/‎6/‎2022 - 0xc1900101

Hello, for the last 3 days I have tried to update my windows from 1909 to the newest 22H2. I tried the media creation tool and the windows update assistant but then i get the "Installation failed in SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation" with the 0xC1900101 – 0x20017, so I'm guessing it's the same problem.Please help
