Hello! I am currently using a hp laptop with a 256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD hard drive. My device caught a virus that has put it out of order. The only way for us to fix it is to reinstall windows after erasing everything else. The only problem is that bitlocker was automatically enabled when I first got the laptop, so it will not let us reformat the hard drive. The only way to disable bitlocker is to get into Windows 10, but as I said, we can't. There is an option to delete the hard drive, but I think that that would erase it from the laptop?...
