Until recently, I could just drag folders up and down to reorder them - now when I try to do so I only get the option to copy them to other folders and it's impossible to move them around on the Quick Access screen. To the best of my knowledge, I didn't change any settings or do anything that would have caused this change.I saw an old thread that suggested removing and re-adding the system folders (documents, pictures, etc..). I did so, but it didn't allow me to reorder the files (and now my system folders are stuck at the bottom of Quick Access). That old thread is now locked (last post circa
