A few days ago an issue began happening on my Windows 10 Gaming Desktop PC. After using it in the morning, I shut it down for a few hours. After turning it back on, it started up very slowly, and once loading I was unable to click on or run anything in the UI (taskbar, start menu, notifications tab). I was still able to highlight items but unable to click on them to use anything. I switched out the mouse and keyboard to ones that I knew were working fine. The problem persisted.
