I have scoured these forums and the net for the answer to this question and have done everything that was suggested:General Settings (Gear) --> Ease of Access:Control Panel, Ease of Access (which seems to be the same as the above, but whatever):Advanced Display Properties (Which does not even have the "Screen Configuration Tab" which multiple guides say):I've also tried the 'turn off all unnecessary animations' (though I am doing things in 'windowed' mode half the time so this still wouldn't help, based on what I've read):And have since restarted my PC several times.
