I don't know whether this is the right place to ask this question, but I'm running out of options, so here goes ...I have a Windows 10 laptop linked to a 4G Router. Other devices such as mobile phones are connected to the same router. Everything seems to work OK, except when I send Outgoing Mail from an email client. The outgoing mail gets bounced as the originating IP is rejected as blocked by a spam blocker. It quotes the originating IP as being listed on a spam blocker database. However, the IP (109.249.189.172) is not one which I recognise or have configured myself.If I check the router
