Can't open the file explorer

Anything related to file explorer doesn't work. For an example I can't save any files through Chrome or VS Code. When I try to save it automatically shuts down the program. When I click the "My PC" or File Explorer the screen goes black and comes again. But it works normal in the Safe Mode. There are some other problems can cause that but I don't know which one is it. My windows isnt activated. I cant update windows (22H2 0x8007012f) and framework (3.5 and 4.8).Lenovo G570
