When I start Windows 10, a bunch of programs are supposed to start with it, but none do. A bunch of them go to the system tray (they're supposed to), and when I open the system tray, I see all their icons. However, when I hover over each icon, they disappear. In Task Manager -> Startup, it says Enabled next to each of the programs that I want to run on startup, so I'm not exactly sure what's happening. And if I open the startup folder (Win + R, shell:startup), I see the shortcuts to some of the programs (other programs have a setting in them to run on start-up so it's not necessary to put t
