The process 'System' and 'IoStopTimer' causes an abnormal high CPU usage

Win 10 22H2 on my laptop Thinkpad X1 Nano.The process 'System' causes an abnormal high CPU usage in task manager, which makes my laptop runs at a high frequency over 3Ghz and on a high temperature.Picture 2: So I open the Process Hacker, there is a 'IoStopTimer' thread in the process 'System', if I kill this thread, the problem solved. (But it stills in the next boot)What the hell is the 'IoStopTimer'? Can I solve this forever?
