Existing ports list is blank when trying to add a local/network printer

Hi all,I always used to use the Adobe PDF printer when trying to create PDFs from other files, but since installing Creative Cloud, that option has been missing. After looking into it, every guide tells me to add the printer manually using the add printer settings (Devices and printers > The printer that I want isn't listed > Add a local or network printer with manual settings > Use an existing port > Documents\*.pdf (Adobe PDF), but for me, that last step isn't present, nor are any other ports that are listed in the images that are shown, it's just a blank list. Can anyone help me
