How do i reduce RAM usage on Windows 10 22H2?

Hi, i'm using an HP-15 da2180nia. I have 8 gb RAM and i use reset my pc for a fresh start and without having any program open, Windows is using like 4.7 gb of my RAM. And with just discord in chrome open, it uses 5 gb. How do i reduce this WITHOUT upgrading my ram?
