Driver IRQL not less or equal crashes constantly when gaming on PC. Sometimes code will be KMODE exception not handled as well.

Been getting frequent BSOD with either DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL or KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED error codes, mainly happens when trying to game. I have tried fresh GPU driver reinstall with DDU as well as updating all drivers, scannow and memory diagnostics showed up normal as well without any errors that could be found.
