My system includes a windows 10 desktop, two w.10 laptops, and a new windows 11 desktop. I have 2 printers: an Epson ecotank (3 years old) and a 12 year old Brother laser printer. Everything in my home network works perfectly – except for the Brother printer. It does not show up in device manager under printers, but it shows up in ‘print queues’ in device manager on all computers and gives me an error message when I try to print with it. I ran the troubleshooter and it told me the printer is turned off (not true). The Brother is connected to the router/modem
