MouseScrollWheel
I've had an issue for months now. I can't use my scroll wheel because it will barely scroll, lag, or go the wrong way if it scrolls at all. Any idea why?Things I tried:This issue first appeared on Windows 7. I upgraded to Windows 10 since then and the issue has persisted.I tried reinstalling mouse drivers.I tried different USB ports on back and front of my PC.I went through like 3 different mice and the issue persisted.Cleaning my mouse (But this wouldn't matter anyway since I went through 3 brand new mice).Scanned and found no viruses or malware.I tried changing mouse settings/scroll speed, w
