Hello, I have an issue where a Plantronic headset (Savi 8200) ONLY works in MS Teams, no where else. I have tried it in Webex, The Windows sound control panel and I cannot get a response for the Audio / Mic tests. In MS Teams however, the sound and mic work without issue for this headset. The built in mic and speakers in this laptop work in all apps and the sound control panel So far I have, - Uninstalled the driver and reinstalled - unistalled and reinstalled the Plantronics hub - Tried the Plantroincs headset dock plugged into laptop (was in laptop dock ) - Power Cycled the headse
