I upgraded my CPU and am having issues with the USB ports and Bluetooth

I upgraded from a 10400f to a 10700f and ever since I did, I've been having issues with my USB ports randomly turning off and on again. It went away completely for a few days but started happening again when I unplugged my computer. Any ideas of what could be causing it?
