When I right-click to "save as" whether it be a file or picture and on a webpage or just using explorer the PC will just hang!

Hi Everyone,It can take about 5 to 20 seconds before I get a response but it does eventually work but is very annoying, it started around 2 months ago and it occurs with any browser Chrome or Edge, or in the windows operating system.It can be "save as" or "save link as" or "save file", it doesn't seem to matter which operation I try, but as I said it eventually works but can take up to 30secs or more for some tasksHere's the result from Explorer failure " Review problem report " DescriptionA problem caused this program to stop interacting with Win
