How do I get around Error Code: 0xc0000001? I am unable to get into automatic repair mode.

I’ve tried to enter automatic repair mode by shutting my pc off and turning it on 3 times. I can’t get into the automatic repair mode. I tried to enter things into the command prompt and nothing was recognized. I tried deleting files in safe mode and it did not help. I also tried to transfer files from my computer to an external hard drive in safe mode and I was not allowed to do this
