Why did TurboCAD 10 Professional Stop working on Windows 10 after recent MS update? How can I fix it?

Here's my system: I have a Dell Notebook with Intel Core i7, I have a 1366 x 768 display. 16-Gigabytes of RAM. I'm using Windows 10 Pro build 19045.2251.Here's the situation: I had been using TurboCAD 10 Professional on Windows 10 for two years. No problems. A recent service update change that.Then, after a recent Windows 10 automatic update, TurboCAD 10 won't start up. It tries to start for about 5-seconds and crashes. It just won't start.
