Windows Update Troubleshooter wouldn't execute properly to update from Window 10 to 11

Ran Windows Update Troubleshooter since Windows 11 update wouldn't execute properly. Got the point where you had to input 36 commands into the Command prompt. Got stuck at the 4th cmd, when got error "The module "mshtml.dll" was loaded but the entry point DLLRegisterSever was not found. Make sure "mshtml.dll" is a valid DLL or OCX file" What do I do next?
