This issue randomly started the other day for no reason. It might have been when I booted up my pc 2 days ago, it just instantly blue screened when I signed in but I'm not entirely sure. When I click the magnifying class icon it, the search bar pops up for maybe 3 sec and lets me type but then just freezes and closes. This is the same problem with any of the windows settings, I open up mouse settings for example, it pops up, freezes, and then closes. It would be greatly appreciated if someone knew how to fix this.
