I have CompuClever/Ultra Office on my laptop. I cannot remember how it came to be there. It is utterly exasperating. Documents created in Word are automatically moved to Ultra Office. I was working on an document today, an important document. My fingers stumbled on a key. And now the text is pale beige with an horizontal strikethru running thru it. I cannot re - write this document from zero; it is 90 + pages in length. And has both text and images. I cannot correct, delete or reverse this. And the problem has migrated back to Word.
