In Windows 10: In Printers and Scanners, as well as Bluetooth and other devices, all 3 of my printers say driver is unavailable

Tried stopping and restarting spooler, ran sfc /scannow - fixed problems it found, but not the printer problem. The Windows printer troubleshooter found no problems. I re-installed my Epson XP-7100 using the factory disc. It installed the printer in all 3 modes, and the software installed without a hitch. Printers and Scanners/ Bluetooth and other devices stil say driver is unavailable. Updating drivers from Device Manager , no luck.
