What's the best way to get a full picture of Windows 10 Updates on a PC?

Are Kbs listed under Hotfix(s), when using the systeminfo in cmd, different than the ones you find under the "View update History" in regular windows settings? I find that most of the KBs listed in Hotfix list are not in the Microsoft update catalog and also not listed in the update history list. Is there a difference in an Hotfix and a windows security patch?Just trying to see what the best way to get a good picture of installed updates on a particular PCThanks!
