Microsoft defende showed 300 finds. I was out when it finished and there doesnt seem to be a report of what was found.

Hello I had malware on the PC win 10 there are 3 hard drives and used I AV software to remove it. I ran AV 3 times and No thing found. I ran Microsoft defender and while it was running it showed over 300 finds. I was out when the scan finished and there doesnt seem to be a report of what was found. Any Help Would be Appreciated Thanks K
