hyper v cdma mbb

When i install on device manager hyper v cdma mbb file my Pc cannnot start and have a boot problem, every time i want to turn on it frezze on motherboard screen or have blue screen error 0xc0000225 and it cannot be fixed and cannot go to cmd start or safe boot or anything
