Hello all,Thanks to the community, it seems I have been able to import all of my pictures and videos from my Samsung cell phone to the computer (Windows 10), using the "Import pictures and videos" option. By "seems" I mean that the process did not show any special errors, it just showed me the progress bar and then, I guess, ended.However, no folder had automatically opened at the end, and I can't seem to locate the files anywhere: I've searched every folder (and closely searched the user folder), searched by file type, but cannot seem to find it.
