Windows 10 to 11 update blue screen persisting - any solutions?

I have had this issue for a while now (~ 5 months) with no solutions working at all. I have tried the workaround involving going to the command prompt in recovery mode and attempting to enter this command:xcopy C:\windows\system32\drivers\hidparse.sys C:\windows\\system32\hidparse.sysI am met with a message saying that there is a sharing violation, and it doesn't execute the command. I have made sure I have enough space to install the update as well. I would appreciate any solution to this issue.
