I do not have the original 64 bit processor install disc to completely wipe the PC. Is there another way to wipe the PC to start a fresh install and then install windows 10. I have tried many things to get around this error and this is the next logical step. I never updated to Windows 8.1 because of the same issue, but with support for 8.1 leaving and seeing that my drivers for hardware will not update along with the OS I have to update the system.The PC is 10 years old but I have been updating most of the hardware in it over the years and the processor is still better than most of the new one
