Has a resolution been found to fix Windows Mail accounts from displaying in partial code? This has been going on for at least a year now.

I had accounts in Windows Mail from AOL, AT&T Yahoo, sbcglobal, and gmail. They have been and continue to display in partial code. I have applied every trick that I can find in the community forums to fix this problem, but to no avail. I would think that Microsoft would have figured out why their own product is not working correctly and provided a fix...even if it is being blamed on someone else. They all work fine on my iPhone, so what does that tell you.
