How Do I delete DX12 or roll back to DX11?

So, I can this be done. I really don't want to have to roll back to Windows 8 because I like 10, but the fact that 10 comes with 12 installed and 12 is not compatible with certain games, I would like to know a fix. All my video drivers are up to date as well as all the game files. Just went through this with Blizzard.
