Windows 10 Activation Code is missing/not detected after Resetting PC even though it was linked to my Microsoft Account.

I just full clean my Windows today and the OS asked me to activate the code and shows this kind of error I have restarted and have really stable internet connection right now, are there any solutions? I have tried using "wmic path softwarelicensingservices get OA3xOriginalProductKey" and gets "Not Found" instead. Help is much appreciated! Thanks!
