My WIFI will randomly freeze for 5-10 seconds and then either show no internet or just go back to normal, and ideas?

At random with no signs whatsoever my WIFI will stop working from usually 5-10 seconds and then either resume functioning like nothing ever happened or show no internet. This started randomly and its not a VPN as I don't have any installed. I have tried to do everything but nothing seems to have an effect on this problem. Some days it doesnt even occur and other times its happening every 5-10 minutes. Any ideas?
