When my pc loads it just says ‘Preparing Automatic Repair’ I have a tried everything to get into advanced settings, what should I do?

I have a UEFI BIOS so can’t access the settings through a key and I have turned my pc off midway through it starting up around 100 times and have not got the advanced troubleshoot menu up, I’m very confused on what to do and have tried everything please help I’ve spent the last 9 hours trying to fix this to no avail.
