HelloI opened my Windows 10 HP laptop fter a couple of days, and half of my apps are gone, while my wallpaper/widgets have dissapeared as well. I can't seem to log into my original administrator account, while it says I'm logged in within the configuration center, on my archive explorer it shows the "temporary user"'s files and not the ones that belong to me. how do i fix this? I've reset it many times and nothing seems to work to get it back to how it was before this, pls help!!
