I just purchased a win 10 home download and the media creation tool will not run

Windows 10 home download just purchased from microsoft and the media creation tool will not run. Error code displayed is 0x80072F8F-0x20000. I ran compatibility check and it came out as incompatible media creation tool 22H2. My current version is windows 7 professional installed as an OEM product on my HP PC.
