My SSD doesn't work after battery replacement Windows 10

3 years ago I switched from HDD to SSD, and my PC was doing just fine. Today I replaced the original battery since it wasn't lasting more than 20 minutes, I used a compatible one and it's working. The problem came when I tried to switch the PC on again, it went into Boot Menu showing only:-ATA HDD: codenumber SSD1 (the one I was using) -ATAPI CD-PCI LAN IPv4-PCI LAN IPv6Nothing works, if I press enter on any of those options it just resets the boot menu without doing anything. I thought maybe it had something to do with the CMOS battery, so I went to the store and bought a new one, but apparen
