How can I fix "system thread exception not handled " BSOD?

I ran into the BSOD with message "system thread exception not handled "I tried to boot into the safe mode but got the same message I've also tried bootlog but no ntbtlog.txt created after the BSOD.What can I do further to diagnose my windows boot issue?
