How to install Visual basic & Visual C#templates, that are not installed initially in Windows10

As I am trying to install Draftsight CAD program, in my Windows 10 system (Home edition), there is happening an error of, "C:\Users\harin\OneDrive\Documents\Visual Studio 2012\Templates\ProjectTemplates\Visual Basic\DSAddinVBNet.zip" file is invalid. I might NOT have installed, Visual Basic & Visual C# templates, while doing a clean install earlier (The zip subfolders are marked X in the drive). Help me, how I can get this issue resolved, so that I can install my CAD program, without errors. Thanks.
